While in the shower, scoop some salt scrub and gently massage all over your body.  The salt smooths away the dead skin cells while the coconut oil sooths your skin.  Smells heavenly, too.
 
Ing: sea salt, pink himalayan salt, coconut oil, fragrance.  Some contain essential oils and poppy seeds.
